Tip of the Day: ALWAYS buy wild seafood when at the grocery story. Wild seafood feed on algae which result in their rich omega-3 content. Farmed salmon feed on corn which actually raise their omega-6 content, and if you recall from the Food Science board you want to avoid foods that are omega-6 dominant.
