All of our workouts feature program deviations specific for goal, skill level and mobility.

We have seven different classes that focus on a unique combination of athletic and physique goals, and help build a progressive, flexible training road map for every member that we have.

Nothing about your Performance360 training experience will be one-size-fits-all.


A limitation in the training at a lot gyms is their singular plane of movement.

Squats, deadlifts, cleans, jerks and snatches are in the “saggital” plane, which is extension and flexion. Great movements that should be the majority of the athlete’s work.

However, if you neglect the other planes of movement, you greatly limit your athleticism and develop imbalances because you’re only accessing flexion and extension.

We must also get work in the “transverse” plane (rotation) and the “frontal” planes (adduction, abduction) to make sure we compliment our Olympic and power lifting.

The result is a stronger, better athlete with more horsepower.

One of the most common questions we get from members who convert is, “Why don’t you charge more for this level of training?”

The simple answer is, we’re not about charging people $200 to work out. When we opened in a converted boathouse in 2011, our goal was to bring the highest level of training at a price that was affordable.

As we filled our first location and soon couldn’t accept new members we could have easily raised prices to decrease demand.

Instead, we opened a 2nd facility to accommodate the growing number of people who understood the value we were providing. Quality over profits. This will remain true for as long as we exist.
