Happy Hump Day!  (<– this saying always annoyed me for some reason.  There’s nothing sweet about Wednesday so let’s just leave it alone.)

I am excited for today’s workout, personally.  Here you go…

Today’s Bay Boot Camp is the always challenging yet effective Deck of Cards, although it’s modified Pritz-style to include a bit more cardio.  Boot Camps remain an excellent addition to your training if you want to incorporate slightly longer, more cardio-based workouts.
