It’s been another great week and we’ll send you off right today, guys.  We have a circuit for you that’s untimed at each station, you simply go at your own pace and when you are done, you’re done.

Essentially you have four laps through the stations and some of the exercises are custom for goal.

Also, today is SUP day for the evening boot camp!  Get here a couple minutes early so we can get the boards set up.  If you missed out on this week’s SUP class, we’ll be rolling another one out in the near future and you’ll have first crack at sign-ups.
