- No Bands – Perform ladders of 2 increasing reps until you can no longer do them. For example, perform 2 reps. Hop off and rest for 5 seconds. Then perform 4 reps, rest. 6 reps, rest. Keep going in increments of two until you can no longer do all of the reps unbroken.
- Bands – 10 reps at relative ease. Move fast.
