TUES: Gym Seeking Friendly Person(s)
We like to think we do a very good job of creating a welcoming training environment for new folks. Progressions, technique, and insurance of safety are at our forefront.
However, we do a pretty damn awful job at creating a welcoming social environment for new folks, and we’d like to change that.
Seeking: 1 – 2 Friendly People to Organize Monthly Events for New Members
We’re looking for one or two members to take charge of planning a social event for new members every month. A way for new folks to meet other folks in their shoes aside from the larger gym events that can often be intimidating for someone who has just joined a gym. Could be a hike, happy hour, beach trip, workout, you name it.
Whether you’ve been here five years or one month, you’re eligible.
