TUES: August Free Community Workout (This Saturday)
For those of you who have been paying close attention to the growing blog this year, you might have noticed that the first week in each month is used primarily for upcoming programming preparation, new monthly updates in the gym, and member recognition.
In case you missed the news, we will be moving our Free Community Workouts to the first Saturday of the month, not Sunday. After a ton of feedback that people preferred Saturday to bring their friends, we figured it only made sense to accommodate.
The community workout dos not replace the 9 am at Crown Point, it simply acts along with it. You can still show up to the 9 and treat it like a regular workout, it’s just that it will be free and open to the public (Understand that the purpose of the community workout is to have a big turnout with high energy and great camaraderie. If you prefer smaller Saturday classes, then plan for the 8 or 10 am class instead.)
