Today’s workout is a descending superset with five exercises that features a good combination of total body strength (cleans), high-rep fat loss and aeorbic conditioning.

As usual, this may be tweaked throughout the day depending on class size.

Today’s Bay Boot Camp is a modified Deck of Cards workout that contains a bit more cardio.  The boot camps are an awesome option for those of you who want to extend your workout a little bit and experience a little more of the aerobic/cardio training.  You’ll get a very high number of reps in at each workout, as well.  Think “The 600” only cut in half and with more stations.
