Tier 1: 4 Rounds

800m Sprint (500m for intermediate)
Rest for 1:30

Tier 2: 6 Rounds

10 Barbell Curls
30’ Plank
10 MB Slams


800m is to Bayside Lane and back (alley just passed the stop sign).
500m is to the 5th bench.  If you cannot run a 3:30 800m, you will run 500m.
