Tier 1: 4 Rounds

800m Sprint (500m for intermediate)
Rest for 1:30

Tier 2: 6 Rounds

10 Barbell Curls

10 MB Slams

Notes:

800m is to Bayside Lane and back (alley just passed the stop sign).
500m is to the 5th bench.  If you cannot run a 3:30 800m, you will run 500m.
