For the workout tonight, meet at the parking lot by the bathrooms to the left of the entrance to Paradise Pt resort, off Vacation Road. Bathrooms and lot are next to a small pond.

 

Workout:
Pond lap repeat rounds, building distance each repeat while maintaining speed
(1st round, 1 lap = ~800m)
(2nd round, 2 laps = ~1 mile)
(3rd round, 3 laps = ~1.5 miles)
(And so on…)
Rest 20 seconds between each round.
