Movement Notes:

  • Back Squat: Find your natural squat position by performing a body weight squat and pausing at the bottom, shuffling your feet and stance around and finding what is comfortable.  Knees should be out.  Tall spine and upright chest.  Once the barbell is loaded, squeeze tightly and remain upright.
  • Farmer’s Holds:  Grip tight and stay tall.


Fat Loss/Conditioning: 1x Through in a 40 minute cap

100 Renegade Rows (50/s)

Movement Notes:

  • Rep Breakdown: Pick a weight that challenges you for 10 at a time and perform them as fast as you can on both movements.  Obviously, inkeeping with proper form and mechanics.
