THURS: (Coming Soon) P360 Race Prep
We are extremely excited to announce a one of a kind training experience for competitive endurance athletes, and those who simply want to run faster, for longer, and without the all too common injuries we see from running.
Coach Abby May will be heading up P360 Race Prep beginning this October.
She will be announcing details shortly, but the nuts and bolts of the P360 Race Prep program as as follows.
- Coach Abby will program 12 weeks of dedicated training leading up to a specific race. The first will be the Carlsbad Half Marathon on January 20th.
- Training will be team oriented and will meet weekly.
- It will consist of a weekly run together, as well as specific PSC workouts that Coach Abby will recommend.
- It will be progressive leading up to race day with the hopes of helping you hit a PR.
While the program lends itself to competitive endurance athletes, it is by no means exclusive to them. The only exclusivity that P360 Race Prep will have is the requirement of commitment and work ethic (the absence of both will not be tolerated).
Coach Abby is an extremely accomplished athlete inside and outside of the gym, having run Boston and numerous triathlons and marathons. She brings specialty focus and expertise, and we expect that P360 Race Prep will quickly be an industry leader for those looking to improve the performance and longevity of their running passions.
