Please make sure to check the schedule closely. Class times were adjusted by 10 minutes starting in the mid-morning block. This allows us to run a class non-top, all day every 50 minutes open to close.

**COVID-19 UPDATE**

Members,

Please see our detailed plan of action (for now) in response to Governor Newsom’s mandate to close all indoor gym activity.

In Summary:

  • ONSITE CLASSES: P360 Bay Park will remain open with outdoor classes in our backlot! All members may access. Register as you normally would.
  • OFFSITE CLASSES: There will be offsite workouts at the old Crown Point gym location, on the lawn by the Ingraham Street bridge: 6 am, 11 am, 5:30 pm. Bring your own equipment that you rented (or have), or show up with just your bodyweight for a plyometric based workout. Your coach will provide you two option.
  • AT HOME WORKOUTS: If you’re a member and don’t yet have access to Grassroots, request it here.

We are continuing to evaluate our ability to operate in a modified capacity at both PB and OB locations and each week we examine the potential to open. For this upcoming week, we will continue to offer Bay Park classes, Crown Point offsite workouts, and Grassroots at-home training.
