NEWS
**Class Format**
Starting Monday the 13th, we will be upgrading our class layout to:
- Create better organization, allowing us to keep the tested increase in class capacity from last month.
- Improved safety, better coaching.
- Significant overall improvement to class flow by creating more open space.
You can see a quick video, here.
Rather than train at your own squat rack individually, you will now use that rack with one other member. There will now be significantly more open space where movements will be performed in every workout, with less clutter of so many squat racks and more free space for movement.
This does not mean “Partner Workout”. It simply means that on days where we might utilize the rack, you will be rotating in and out with a rack-mate.
For example:
First, for 18 Minutes:
8 Back Squats
20 Half Kneeling DB Rows
You would start on back squats, I would start on DB Rows performed in the designated area, and we continue this rotation at our own pace for the full 18 minutes. When it’s your turn to squat, you simply adjust the weight on the bar that you need. When it’s my turn, I adjust it for what I need. Piece of cake.
Program design will not be altered in any way.
🎁 Toys for Tots 🎅
