You will notice a singular format being tested this week. In order to remain open indoors for as long we can, we want to make sure we are as compliant as we can be with outdoor usage, and we also want to test what options we have available to us in the event we are forced to pivot operations. The format will be plenty productive, allowing enough volume to build strength and muscle while also extending duration to enhance overall work capacity. Tailor it to your own. Get less rounds with heavier load, or more rounds with lighter load.

Please expect to be outside for roughly 50% of the workouts and to listen to your coaches flow instructions carefully.

Worry not. Long term, our programming is not changing. This is merely a temporary testing adjustment to the current mandate.
