P360 Olympics VI

Who: All P360 members are welcome to sign up.  If you choose not to, we encourage you to come cheer on your fellow classmates and enjoy some free food and drinks!  Interested?  Click Here –> Registration Link

**There will be no PSC classes on Saturday, October 16th.  We will resume our normal schedule on Monday, 10/18.

TUES: Time Under Tension
WED: SA Overhead Strength

FRI: Barbell Step-Ups
