What is The Movement Fix?

Today, we will examine the importance of elbow speed on the hang clean and eliminate the bruises you get on your collarbone.

What happens if I don’t watch?
You will continue to bruise your collarbone performing it improperly, and you will not get a lot of the power benefits out of the movement.
