What is The Movement Fix?
It is a video series where we will be addressing and improving any single aspect of our training. What will today’s episode cover?
Today, we will examine the speed at which we perform body weight movements. Specifically, why speeding through them as fast as we can is more detrimental than it is beneficial.

What happens if I don’t watch?
You will likely continue to go to fast and neglect the eccentric portion of the movement, where a good percentage of benefit is derived from.
