Today, we will examine the split jerk and how to correctly land with your back heel. This is a common mistake that people all over the spectrum of fitness levels make, and it can make a huge difference in learning effectively, or hitting a big PR.

What happens if I don’t watch?
You may put your hips in an “open” position, causing your balance to shift and a highly efficient, possibly unsafe lift.
