Today’s workout – five exercises, five rounds.  Jalen Rose and Chris Webber got nothin’ on this one. We’re working our body’s natural plyometric (explosive) capabilities today along with some kettlebell strength and conditioning.

Total time is 20-27 minutes depending on your level of fitness.

Turkish Get-Ups will be for those who have done them before, and we’re doing 4 per side across the board for all rounds.
