Today’s workout – five exercises, five rounds. ┬áJalen Rose and Chris Webber got nothin’ on this one. We’re working our body’s natural plyometric (explosive) capabilities today along with some kettlebell strength and conditioning.

Total time is 20-27 minutes depending on your level of fitness.

Turkish Get-Ups will be for those who have done them before, and we’re doing 4 per side across the board for all rounds.
