THE CULTURE
WHO IS OUR IDEAL MEMBER?
At Performance360™, we know who we are and who we serve.
We are for everyday men and women looking to maximize their potential, not fitness competitors. We are for those who want structure and guidance, not random. We are for those who want a gym, not a studio. We are for those who want to follow principles, not gimmicks. We are for those who want to build, not burn. We are for those who want a routine, not a challenge.
We are for those who want to Become More™.
Welcome.
3 FOUNDING TENETS
Fitness Should Be About Abilities, Not Calories
Fitness should be about what you can do, not what you can burn. Going to the gym should be based on goals and purpose, not sweat and exhaustion. You will get stronger here, develop skill, and become more physically able.
Fitness Should Be Welcoming, Not Intimidating
Learning and mastering the barbell lifts does not need to be scary, or reserved for high level athletes. We specialize in everyday men and women here, not competitors. Meaning there’s no reason to be insecure or intimidated about where you start.
Fitness Should Make You Feel Better, Not Worse
Movement is therapy and strength is medicine. The dose matters. You’ll never be crushed with so much intensity that you mortgage long term health for a short term dopamine rush. We’re not street dealers of magic pills. We play the long game.
#BECOME MORE STORIES
“OVERCOMING MY SELF IMAGE ISSUES”
by Brenna Bandy
“My body became frail, I was always irritable, I would wake to a rapid heart rate and my hormones were all out of whack. Workouts were not something I enjoyed doing, but rather something I felt I had to do. My physical and mental well-being were completely sacrificed for what I wished to see in the mirror.”
“HOW I GOT LEANER BY EATING MORE.”
by MJ Kafkas
“This change to eating more carbs in my diet has played such a huge role in my re-composition, I think much more so than the training factors. I have also stopped looking at the scale at home. I actually weigh 2 lbs more than when I began this journey at the beginning of the year, but that means absolutely nothing because I’ve lost fat and added muscle!”
“HOW I DROPPED 23 POUNDS AFTER QUITTING THE BIG BOX GYM”
by Jonathan Race
“I wasn’t happy with where my fitness level was at. For the better part of 10 years I had done the exact same weekly workout routine. That led to me being discouraged, which in turn resulted in me forming an undesirable relationship with health and fitness. I worked out because I was supposed to – not because it was something that I wanted to do or enjoyed. For years the gym was a place where I simply punched in my fitness time card and couldn’t wait to punch out as soon as I got there.
That changed the minute I joined P360.”
“HOW I USE STRENGTH TO BE A STRONG MOM”
by Lauren Faison
“Coming in, I was a runner who loved boot camps. What really hooked me on this gym was seeing how strong I was after joining. I remember coming in thinking I will never be able to do a pull-up, or push-ups off my knees. Now, I am writing my name on the board for strength accomplishments. I have two young boys and it gives me so much confidence in raising them, knowing how strong I am and how much I can give them.”
