Awesome first two days for those who showed up to either Monday or Tuesday.  We got some great compound exercises working every body part, and now, it’s time to turn it over to speed and bodyweight.

You got it!  The 600 is back two and a half months later.  We last did this workout on May 11 and I am really excited to see how everyone’s time has improved.  And if you have not done it yet, do not be scurred.  The majority of the gym will be doing this for the first today.

A note, knee pushups are acceptable.  Expect to finish this anywhere from 15 – 28 minutes or so.
