Happy Friday, guys! Hope everyone has a good weekend lined up whether its rest, play or whatever. Today’s workout is a circuit workout involving mostly body weight since the last two days were pretty tough with the compound exercises and some of our more advanced lifts. The numbers indicate the amount of seconds you’ll be at each station, so you can see it’s in descending format.
