Why “Team” Actually Means Something Here
Every gym loves to throw around the word “team.” It’s become one of those marketing buzzwords that sounds great on a website but rarely shows up in the actual training. At Performance360, “team” isn’t just a vibe we are trying to create, it is literally the DNA of how you experience our training.
3-Person Pods
When you go to an F45 or an Orange Theory, you find your starting station or your treadmill, and you experience the entire class alone.
When you step into a P360 class, you’re in a 3-person barbell pod at a rack, working together toward a shared goal each at your own individual weight and progress. You spot each other, count reps, celebrate PRs, and grind through the tough sets side by side.
The result is a sense of belonging and accountability to a team, and a shared effort.
We Celebrate The Wins
Then, when the workout’s over, we don’t just high five and walk out. Each class ends with recognition. Coaches call out individual efforts and wins, whether it’s a deadlift PR, someone leveling up a weight, or just showing grit on a tough finisher. The energy isn’t “look at me,” it’s “look what we did.”
We Play to Win
And just like any real team, we play to win. We track our progress. We ring the PR bell. We celebrate “Finals Week” scores and progress across all levels. We have benchmarks and targets for the entire gym, and if we hit them, we celebrate together. Every rep is part of something bigger than the workout of the day, it’s part of the team’s pursuit of progress.
You’re not going to find “team” anywhere on our walls. But you will find it in every aspect of how you experience Performance360’s elite group fitness.
