Okay, okay. So today is a fun one that Surf n’ Turfers did last week and now we’re taking it to the Daily Challenge classes.
It’s Survivor style where you pick the exercise and the rep count. You can do ANY combination that you want, but the trick is that once you pick both the rep count and the exercise, both come off the board permanently.
For example, if you start out doing 30 hurdles then you would cross ’30’ and ‘hurdles’ off your list. And yes, you will get an actual list! Then, maybe you want to do 25 BB Row, then both of those come off the list.
