Strength Score Calculator
The Wilks Coefficient or Wilks Formula is a coefficient that can be used to measure the strength of a weightlifter against others despite the different weights of the lifters. Robert Wilks is the author of the formula. This formula is used for USA Powerlifting competitions.
To calculate your score, select your gender then enter your 1-rep max weight for each lift and click “calculate” at the bottom.
When calculating score for Level 4 Barbell Club, leave the Jerk Weight blank as that is not included in the Barbell Club.
