Happy Friday, guys.  Hope everyone has some fun lined up for the weekend.

Today’s workout is following similar descending reps format as yesterday’s Daily Challenge.  It is pretty straight forward except for two thing.s

  1. For the speed rope, you are either doing the amount of reps listed for Double Unders or you have singles times two (so it would be 40, 30, 24, 20, 16).
  2. If you are already proficient at pushups, you are encouraged to do these with a bumper plate across the middle of your back.
