As a reminder, we are rolling out our first new class tonight with Black Ops at 7:45.  There are four brave souls signed up (five including me) and it would be great to add a few more so let’s do this.

Today’s workout is a core/mobility circuit that will work the shit out of your core musculature and also target hip mobility and lower back health.

Today’s Outdoor Challenge is a three rep round going from 40 to 30 to 20 reps.
