Performance360 Seminar: Introduction to Weightlifting
Weightlifting is the most beneficial form of training for body composition changes, increasing strength and overall performance. Without proper technique, the benefits are greatly reduced. Our full day intro to weightlifting seminar will teach you proper form and body awareness for all major movements utilizing barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells and much more. Seminars are instructed by our world class coaching staff certified in Olympic Weightlifting, Kettlebells, Sports Performance, Strength & Conditioning, Yoga, Mobility and more.
What you will learn:
Learn how to squat, clean, deadlift, press, swing kettlebells & more through hands on coaching, actually performing the movements and progressing based on your individual experience level.
How to use these movements to target a specific result (Fat Loss, Strength, Muscle Growth, Conditioning)
Learn the “Why” behind these movements to understand why they are beneficial and how to implement them in your own program to become stronger, faster, leaner and perform better as a human being.
How to adjust these movements to fit your body, experience and equipment available
