1.5 Mile Run
- Keep your elbows up and a tall upper back on thrusters! If you cannot hold the requisite rack position due to immobility, please make the switch to DBs to better facilitate a downward elbow position.
- Break up the thrusters reps as needed.
- 1.5 mile course is to the Catamaran docks and back following the bike path.
