Daily Challenge: “Hijinx”
Format: 1.5 Mile Fun Run + Finisher
Tier 1: 1.5 Mile run stopping every 200m or so and rotate between the following.
– 20 BW Squats
– 20 Push-Ups
– 20 BW Lunges
– 20 Squat Jumps
Tier 2:
50 Pull-Ups
50 MB Slams
50/side DB Step-Ups
