Format: Partner Workout

3 Rounds at each station with  90 seconds on and 30 seconds rest.  There is an A and B at each station.  Partner is on B, you are on A.  Count your reps for 90 seconds.  Rest for 30 seconds.  Switch.

Station #1

  • A: Calorie Row (add up calories burned from rower in 90 seconds)

  • B: Double Unders (DUs count as 1, singles count as ½ rep)

Station #2

  • A: Pull-Ups (all pull-ups are equal, 1 rep)

  • B: BW Squat

Station #3:

  • OH Plate Lunges in place (25# / 10#)

  • RKB Swings (53# / 35#)

All swings and reps are equal, 1 rep.
