Part of the amazing pre-launch special pricing is that you get in early and grow with us as we add class times. Your membership price is something we will never offer again. We take a member survey from all our pre-launch members as we get closer to open to see what works best for everyone, but typically with our new openings it’s likely that we have the following schedule at open:

Monday – Friday:
6am
7am and/or 9am and/or 11am
4:30pm
5:30pm

Saturday:
9am and/or 10am

We LOVE beginners. No bad habits to break! We have over a decade of experience training folks that are brand new just like yourself. Everything here is modified to need and scaled to ability.

Our classes are 1-hour long start to finish and feature a dedicated professional coach leading you through class. They will coach you through the workout, the individual movements and help you through the entire experience. It’s like having a personal trainer within a group atmosphere.

Our program design features a focus on strength training, functional bodybuilding and conditioning providing the most individualized group training program in the country.

It is not. We started in 2011 with own style of training the equally balanced strength lifts, bodybuilding components, and our own unique style of conditioning. While CrossFit focuses on individual competition, we pride ourselves on a team-centric environment with a much safer approach to training as well as a focus on individual development vs. competition.
