Today’s Daily Challenge is a combo superset using the same repetition strategy as yesterday.  We are starting at a high amount of reps and working our way towards a lower amount.  You can make your weight heavier on the bottom sets if you would like to focus more on strength.

Today’s Boot Camp is a good one and going to be a bit of a ‘signature’ boot camp similar to how we have the three signature indoor workouts.  If you are a regular boot camper you’ll want to make sure you are here to see how you do, and if you want a change of pace from the indoor DC classes and want a bit more aerobic work today, then give this a shot.
