Absolutely. The LIFT program can be easily modified to fit the usage of a single kettlebell. Every day will provide instructions in the notes. You can even readily adapt this program for your barbells, as well. After all, squatting is squatting.

While you can slowly build your inventory of dumbbells over time, we pride the Grassroots LIFT program on only requiring a single set of DBs. Here is what we recommend:

“Strong” (2+ years of experience lifting)
Men: 70 – 90# set
Women: 40 – 70# set

“Getting There” (6 months – 1.5 years)
Men: 50 – 70# set
Women: 30 – 50# set

“Getting Started” (0 – 6 months)
Men: 30 – 50# set
Women: 10 – 30# set
