Performance360 Remote Training Options

For PLYO, just your bodyweight and a set of resistance bands. For LIFT, just one set of dumbbells. It can be performed in your garage, living room, or at a commercial gym of your choice.

We have partnered with Train Heroic, the world’s leader in delivering remote fitness. Workouts will be automatically updated on the app every morning and they are complete with coaching points, workout explanation, and movement demos.

8wk PROGRAMS

Either in the gym or at home.

STRONG and BUILT operate under the assumption that you will be performing them in either a full commercial gym, or a well equipped home gym that has the following: Squat rack, barbells, various DB weights, a pull-up bar, and a flat bench. If you are performing it in your garage gym and you don’t have access to a piece of equipment programmed, there will always be 1-3 alternative programming options clearly listed.

The FIT program requires only dumbbells and kettlebells.

We have partnered with Train Heroic, the world’s leading online fitness delivery platform. You will purchase directly from our marketplace page on their app, and your program will be delivered straight to your desktop and phone, complete with video demonstration and coaching points.

$59 is a one time fee that includes access to the programs of your choice for one full year.

Each program is a one-time charge of $49 and you will have unlimited access to it for one full year.

The “STRONG” 8wk Tactical Strength Program is not your run-of-the-mill “lift these heavy barbells” strength program that has you feeling broken. It rotates between thoughtful traditional barbell lifts like the back squat, deadlift, Pendlay row, and bench press, but also incorporates dedicated strength days with dumbbells, kettlebells, and specific accessory movements that target joint angle, tempo, deficit loading, isometrics, and time under tension.

The result is a program that is rooted in proven tradition but improved with modern application.

The “FIT” 8wk Pain Free Hybrid Program is for those who want to achieve a strong, able body without constantly feeling banged up. Relying exclusively on dumbbells and kettlebells, the FIT program puts you at peak time under tension without the most frequent compromising loading positions: axial (weight loaded on the spine) and shear (heavy loaded bending).
