The “BUILT” 8wk Functional Physique Program is designed to add muscle to your frame and develop your most ideal athletic physique. It focuses on higher rep execution of the major barbell lifts with a rigorous supplementation of muscle focused movements. Each day is broken down into a specific body part focus to achieve overload and supercompensation.

The “STRONG” 8wk Tactical Strength Program is not your run-of-the-mill “lift these heavy barbells” strength program that has you feeling broken. It rotates between thoughtful traditional barbell lifts like the back squat, deadlift, Pendlay row, and bench press, but also incorporates dedicated strength days with dumbbells, kettlebells, and specific accessory movements that target joint angle, tempo, deficit loading, isometrics, and time under tension.
The result is a program that is rooted in proven tradition but improved with modern application.

The “FIT” 8wk Pain Free Hybrid Program is for those who want to achieve a strong, able body without constantly feeling banged up. Relying exclusively on dumbbells and kettlebells, the FIT program puts you at peak time under tension without the most frequent compromising loading positions: axial (weight loaded on the spine) and shear (heavy loaded bending).
No huge home gym needed.
