Happy Friday!  Hope you guys have some fun on tap for the weekend whatever it is that you do.  Good weather, full moon all weekend, prime days of summer.  Should be a good one!

Today’s workout is similar to the 10 to 1 format that we’ve done on these days, only you are doing an opposing number of reps for each workout.  For example, you will do 1 kettlebell swing and then 10 stand-ups.  Then you’ll do 2 kettlebell swings and 9 stand-ups, then 3 swings and 8 stand-ups.  So you are ascending in one exercise and descending in the other.

Should be good.
