MEMBERSHIP PAUSE – $10

There is a $10 holds fee for for all membership pauses for the time it takes to manually re-adjust your billing.

Holds can be placed on your account with the following conditions:

5-days advance notice required
Pauses can last up to 30 days
Twice a year maximum

Hold start date must be at least 5 days from today as we requires at least 5 days advance notice to place your account on hold. If date chosen is sooner than 5 days from today, the hold start date will be adjusted to start 5 days from now.

You are allowed to pause your membership for up to a maximum up to 30 days. Select a date up to 30 days from your hold START date. Membership will resume on this day. If you input incorrect dates against the hold policy, your hold will not be processed.

Your membership will be re-activated automatically on the END date selected above and is up to you to keep track of the date. There will not be a notification when your account resumes. If your hold dates violate our 5-day advance notice or 30 day max length, your hold will not be processed.

Cancelling Your Membership:
If you cancel your membership while your account is on hold, your account will be activated and your membership terms will be applied. There are no refunds on payments made.
