When: Saturday, October 16th

Who: Any P360 member (non members not allowed)

The Olympics are one of the most fun days of the year where we come together as a family, compete along side one another, cheer for one another, and undoubtedly discover abilities we did not think we had.

It contains three events:

  1. (1) Strength Event
  2. (1) Endurance Event
  3. (1) Sprint Event

We hope to see as many of you as possible for an incredible day of community.

It will depend on the size of the participant field but expect the day to go from around 8 am – 3 pm, give or take.

You may come and go around your heats if you wish.

Bring some food and drinks and plan to have a really fun day of it.

Event #1 – Strength

Find your 1R max deadlift.

Event #2 – Endurance

Expect to see a “longer”, more sustained effort that involves a cardio component.

Event #3 – Sprint

Expect to see a mixed modal workout similar to a P360 class benchmark workout.

Absolutely not! The P360 Olympics is about all levels coming together to achieve our collective best as a community.

Just bragging rights.

Modifications will not be allowed. Here are the movements you should expect to be able to perform:

  1. Heavy deadlift
  2. Light front squats
  3. Light hang power cleans
  4. Running
  5. Rowing
  6. Burpees

Absolutely! If you are more of a novice still building up to the weight that will be “Rx’d” you can still 100% come and join us, you just won’t be able to earn points towards the final standings.
