P360 Become More Challenge
We decided to go in a different direction this January. While most gyms (such as what we did last year) will be focusing on how much you can lose in the New Year, we’re going to be focused on how much you can gain.
Your abilities, that is 🙂
The challenge will be unlike any before it. You will receive points based on your individual progress across a variety of physical skill sets. Everyone will be on an even playing field so the strongest and the newest member will all have the same shot if they work hard, as the scoring will be relative and based solely on you.
We’ll be providing detailed tracking for every participant and there will be a Grand Prize to the ultimate winner.
The cost of the challenge will be $49 (one time) and is closed for members.
How It Will Work
You will receive 1 point if you PR in each of the following categories.
- Back Squat
- Front Squat
- Box Jumps
- Half Mile
- 1000m Row
- 500m Row
- Clean and Jerk
- Hang Clean
- Turkish Get-Up
- Bench Press
All PRs will be of the 1-rep variety. Once you reach a PR in that category, it becomes closed. If you are member of less than six months, your PRs will be of the 5-rep variety. If you do not have any baselines established, you can do so at any open gym or the easier route, simply establish them the first time they appear in a class during the challenge.
In addition, you will receive one point per club level that you reach in the Challenge.
- Level 1 Clubs = 1 point
- Level 2 Clubs = 2 points
- Level 3 Clubs = 3 points
- Level 4 Clubs = 4 points
How Long Will It Last?
2 months. January 4 – February 28.
Who Is This For?
All levels. The purpose of this challenge is to provide motivation and competition across all levels equally.
Because sometimes we need a dedicated push and guidance to really see what we are capable of. Participants will all share in the camaraderie of challenging themselves and each other, and will all elevate one another to accomplishing more.
Spaces will be limited to provide a high quality challenge.
