Performance360 was born in 2011 in a quiet converted boathouse located on Mission Bay. Our gym was built on a set of principles that has guided us along every step of the way.

No frills, no gimmicks fitness that’s based on building you up, not tearing you down.

From 62 pound fat loss to special forces deployment prep, diabetic to weekend warrior, active mom to busy professional, but mostly, the everyday Joe or Jane looking to thoughtfully explore their ability for the very first time.
The PSC program uses a progressive model that is measured by performance, guided by structure, and scaled to meet you exactly as you are.
OUR PHASE 1 PROGRAM
NO EXPERIENCE? NO PROBLEM.
Our innovative process of getting you started is unique to Performance360 as we do not require the usual high cost, lengthy, restrictive onboarding process that is standard for most other gyms.
Once you’ve joined, you’ll be able to attend classes right away and have your first gym goals clearly outlined for you with a plan on how to complete them. Our PHASE 1 GOAL requirements for all new members are designed to provide initial, attainable goals and to ensure that you learn the basics of movement, safely and effectively.
The result is a new, confident athlete that is trained and ready for all the challenges that Performance360 will provide you.
