In Episode 7 of Coach Julianne’s Night Moves, she leads us through an 18 minute mobility sequence dedicated to rotating the spone and loosening up our traps and neck.
Where Can I Expect to Benefit?
If you perform a lot of power and Olympic lifts, you are not going to want to miss this sequence from Coach Julianne. These are movements that work the traps very much, as well as compress the spine (saggital), so it’s important to provide balance by taking the spine through some rotation (transverse plane).

A strap, towel or anything that allows you to make your arms longer.
