by Julianne Russell

In Episode 4 of Coach Julianne’s Night Moves, she leads us through a 12 minute short full body mobility sequence. Sometimes you don’t have a full 30 minutes to spend hitting the entire body, so this short version is dedicated to those busy times you need a quick but meaningful sequence.

Where can I expect to benefit?
In this quick 12 minute full body video, we’ll be working on the quads, hips, low back and shoulders. We’re working on the full spectrum of major body movement allowing all areas of the body to mobilize together to create a well functioning body. A perfect sequence to start your day when you wake up, or to finish off your day before you go to bead.

What do I need?
A towel, strap or anything to make the arms a bit longer.

Time to complete:
12m, 47s.

Have chronic lower back pain?
As always, be sure to check out Julianne’s Lower Back Manifesto.
