In Episode 5 of Coach Julianne’s Night Moves, she leads us through a 16 minute mobility sequence dedicated to the neck, shoulders and feet.

Where can I expect to benefit?
These parts of the body are used in everything we do and with time they will slowly become tighter and more immobile. This sequence will loosen up your neck, traps and your feet so your body can move better, feel better, sleep better and function properly.

What do I need?
A towel, strap or anything to make the arms a bit longer.
