Where can I expect to benefit?
In this hip & quad specific video, we’ll be opening up your hips and stretching the quads. Your hips are a vital component of your everyday activity and hip health is especially important as you age. Tightness in the quads directly influence the health of the rest of your body. Common issues arise from tight quads which can lead to lower back pain and tightness, and cause a slew of problems down your chain.
What do I need?
A towel, strap or anything to make the arms a bit longer.
