Where can I expect to benefit?
In this total body breakdown, we’ll be reviewing ways to open up some space, release the week and help with general soreness that may occur during any particular workout. This is a great general segment that can be done any night regardless of your training.

What do I need?
A towel, strap or anything to make the arms a bit longer.
