NEW APP DOWNLOAD

We are excited to start getting the new app out to everyone as there are some huge benefits for members, coaches and the gym that we have been unable to provide while using our current system. We will be giving everyone a couple weeks to download the app and get into your account before we officially go live. To see an overview of what the new app does, scroll down to the bottom FAQ section.

When you get into the new app, you’ll see the full schedule of classes. These classes are NOT live and registering for them will not add you to the class roster in the gym. You must continue to use the old app until we make the official switch to the new schedule/app.

DOWNLOADING THE APP

Step 1: Download the app from the app store by clicking the image below based on your phone:

 

Step 2: Reset Your Password

Open the app and click the Login button, then “Forgot Password” link and enter your email (it must be the email you used to register at the gym). If you aren’t sure what email you used or are having trouble getting into your account, email support@perform-360.com or text us at (619) 800-2774.

Step 3: Check your email

You’ll receive an email from “Microsoft on behalf of Performance 360” with a verification code. Grab that code from your email and enter that verification code into the box in the app.

That should get you into the app with your new password set-up.

ONCE YOU ARE INSIDE THE APP

Once you are inside the app, it will ask for a profile pic (helpful for coaches to put faces to names) and make sure to allow push-notifications. Once the app is open you are free to play around inside the app.

The Class Schedule will be the first tab, similar to what you are used to. Locations are separated to ensure it’s easy to register for the correct location. You can toggle between locations by clicking the Location Marker in the upper right.

The Whiteboard Tab will be where you can track your movements or workouts for each day similar to our old app. Your home location is the default and you can change location views simply with the bar at the top.

The “Me” Tab will show your membership, available classes, upcoming billing cycle, booked classes and previous classes attended.

The “Workout” tab will now import the workouts each day to be easily viewed on your phone/app. You can scroll ahead, or back to see upcoming workouts and past workouts.

FAQ

We are expecting to officially go live with the new schedule sometime between October 1st – October 31st. We will make it very clear inside and outside of the gym when we get closer to that date and have a specific date where everything will move over. In addition, MindBody’s class schedule will stop showing up when we make the switch.

We are moving away from MindBody as we are looking for a better member experience specific to Performance360. We wanted a place where members could register for classes as well as track their memberships, classes attended, upcoming classes and see workouts all in one single place. In the new app, you will clearly be able to:

  1. See the workout each day + upcoming workouts
  2. Register for classes at any time, without a 1 day advance restriction on the schedule.
  3. Your membership details including billing dates, classes taken, classes available, etc.
  4. Manage your membership directly in the app in case you need to switch plans, etc.
  5. Change passwords, update your card on file and a host of other things to have everything in one place.

As soon as the new schedule goes live, all previous apps will no longer work.

If when trying to reset your password and login it says you don’t have any account, it could be for a few reason.

**If you get this error, email bryan@perform-360.com immediately to make sure we can get your account fixed/set-up for you to use it.

Yes, this is being built right now from our developers and at the moment, you can track everything in the new app and as soon as the developers are building out the full tracking, you’ll be able to see history of tracking for anything entered into the new app. Once this is done, we will be analyzing if/how we can get all our old data into your account for workouts you have tracked over the last few years.
