Step 2: Login or Reset Your Password
If you do not remember your password, open the app and click the Login button, then “Forgot Password” link and enter your email (it must be the email you used to register at the gym). If you aren’t sure what email you used or are having trouble getting into your account, email email@example.com.
Step 3: Check your email
You’ll receive an email from “Microsoft on behalf of Performance 360” with a verification code. Grab that code from your email and enter that verification code into the box in the app.
That should get you into the app with your new password set-up.
