Shipping, Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Shipping:

  • Orders will be shipped within 48 hours of receiving payment to the shipping address provided.
  • Shipping is to US Addresses only. No international orders.
  • Shipping is done via USPS first class mail
  • Shipping rates are calculated by your location and order quantity and will be displayed on your checkout screen
  • Tracking will be provided by request only. Email bryan@perform-360.com for tracking information.
  • You may elect to pick-up your order at our location by selecting the “Pick-up order” option at checkout.

Cancellations:

  • Should you need to cancel your order, you can do so up until the item has been shipped.
  • If the item(s) have already been shipped, refer to our return policy below
  • You will be entitled to a full refund if item is cancelled before shipment

Returns:

  • You have 30 days from the order date to return your items for a full refund. Email bryan@perform-360.com for return and refund instructions. We’ll issue a refund within 48 hours of receiving the returned item as long as it is undamaged.
  • You are responsible for shipping the item back to us

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of cancellation
  • Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receiving a returned item
