What should the bar path look like no the snatch” is a common question for beginners. Today, we will review just how easy the snatch is to learn. It’s all about pulling the bar up rather than swinging it out.
What happens if I don’t watch?
You run the risk of swinging the bar out away from your body, which will not only decrease how much you can lift, but makes the landing unsafe.
