Today’s workout is a fun one, we have some new exercises and a new format. The outcome of the reps you perform will be decided by the lotto bag, What’s that?
Here’s how it works. We have a bag full of ping pong balls and they each have different numbers going from 5 – 20. So, you’ll walk up to the bag to start and pull your first lotto ball. Say it reads, “12”. Your first round will be 12 reps for every exercise. Once you complete the round, you pick again and you’re not finished until you hit 75 total reps. Once you hit it, you’re done. Should take you between four and six rounds depending on what you pull, very similar to the “20, 16, 14, 10, 8, 5” round combo we might do.
